GOV-1 – The role of the administrative, supervisory and management bodies

At the Lufthansa Group, the Executive Board is responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the Company. The Supervisory Board monitors and advises the Executive Board on the implementation of corporate strategy and ensures that the interests of shareholders and other stakeholders are protected.
