Non-current assets down by EUR 121m
Non-current assets as of 31 December 2025 fell by EUR 121m to EUR 31,159m (31 December 2024: EUR 31,280m). The item Aircraft accounted for EUR 7,368m, the same level as the previous year (previous year: EUR 7,371m). Aircraft disposals were almost offset by advance payments for new aircraft. Non-current financial assets decreased by EUR 222m compared with 31 December 2024. Capital repayments at Lufthansa Commercial Holding GmbH exceeded the capital increases in the financial year by EUR 260m. New and increased loans to affiliated companies (EUR 724m) were lower than loan repayments from affiliated companies of EUR 930m. They were partially offset by the recognition of EUR 326m in shares in the joint venture Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A. (ITA Airways).
Current assets up by EUR 145m
Current assets rose by EUR 145m to EUR 10,954m (31 December 2024: EUR 10,809m). The increase in inventories, other receivables and other assets was higher than the decline in cash and cash equivalents, securities and trade receivables.
